JOB DETAILS:
The IT Company or individual expert interested for this assignment will submit their expression of interest with detailed plan of implementation of the assignment. The company or individual expert will also be required to prepare a presentation to AJPRODHO staff on how he/she understands the assignment and examples of how the two tools would look like.
Once the company or individual expert is selected, he/she will immediately start to develop the tools and will keep working with AJPRODHO designated staff for updates and guidance.
The selected expert will present a draft of both systems to AJPRODHO staff.
Once the tools are approved, the expert will train all the concerned staff and group representatives on how to operate the system.
It will also be the role of the expert to make all necessary arrangements with all the institutions related to the system such as telecommunication companies and financial institutions for the system’s operation.
Before handing over officially the systems to AJPRODHO, the expert will carry out a pilot with few VSLA groups to see if it works well and can be easily run by group members.
The assignment is expected to be carried out during a period of 30 days but can be extended depending on the workload of the task.

IT COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL EXPERT’S EXPERIENCE
• At least five (5) years’ experiences in developing IT tools and systems
• Demonstrated understanding of integration of management system
• Strong IT skills in integration of management systems
• Have saving groups using similar platforms
• Share examples of already developed similar platforms
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Kinyarwanda is required
