TOR FOR RADIO AND TV TALK SHOWS ON LAND TRANSFER SERVICES, ONLINE LAND SERVICES AND NEW ELECTRONIC E-TITLES 

1. BACKGROUND 

CLADHO is an umbrella of Human Rights Organizations in Rwanda founded in 1993 that is active in the fields of human rights defence, protection, and promotion, economic governance, and citizen participation in the budget cycle. CLADHO through the CS Engage Dufatanye project supported by Never Again Rwanda funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation wants to conduct radio and TV talk shows on land transfer services, online land services and new electronic e-titles. It is therefore against this background that CLADHO through this project wishes to inform interested experienced companies with media services to submit their quotations to conduct radio and TV talk shows on land transfer services, online land services and new electronic e-titles. 

2. Deliverables 

The specific tasks under this consultancy will include:

• Organizing and conducting radio and TV talk shows on land transfer services, online land services and new electronic e-titles. The talk shows will be organized on community and national radio stations.
• Organizing and conducting TV talk shows on land transfer services, online land services and new electronic e-titles. 

3. Responsibility 

The company will be under the supervision of the Executive Secretary of CLADHO and shall be working very closely with the CS Engage Dufatanye project team. 

4. Qualification and competences of the Company 

• The company should have experience in media services.
• The company manager should have qualified journalists.
• Should have experience in organizing high profile discussions that engage citizens and leaders.
• Registration certificates of RDB, RURA & RMC.
• Certificate of good completion issued by at least 2 CSOs.
• Should have CIT.

5. Submission 

Interested companies in media services and have enough experience in organizing high profile discussions that engage citizens and leaders are hereby requested to submit their quotations to the CLADHO’s central secretariat latest 14^th December 2023 before 17pm. CLADHO's offices are located in Ziniya Kicukiro district opposite former headquarters of Contact FM near World Food Program head office. Only shortlisted companies fulfilling the requirements will be contacted.
