Job Description

• Develop mechanisms and strategies to mobilize youth to integrate entrepreneurship spirit;
  
• Establish a collaboration mechanism with various trainers and mentors in Entrepreneurship;
  
• Develop mechanisms of collaboration and Partnership with financial institutions to facilitate youth access to finance
  
• Develop strategies to mobilize youth on culture of saving
  
• Establish mechanisms for coordination of stakeholders in provision of financial support to youth.
  
• Develop collaboration mechanism between National Youth Council and other stakeholders on the development of youth cooperatives
  
• Develop training programs and schedules on cooperatives management
  
• Elaborate and develop mechanisms to disseminate entrepreneurship best practices for youth
  
• Develop marketing strategies for youth cooperatives
  
• Set up an updated database on youth initiatives
  
• Assess and make proposal to support youth initiatives requests
  

Job Profile

• A0 in Economics, Development Studies, Rural Development, Socio Economics, Business Administration, Project Management.
  
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda, French and/or English
