JOB DETAILS:
The Integrated Polytechnic Regional Center Kigali invites all companies capable to execute the above mentioned tender to submit their bids for the supply of office stationary to RP-IPRC Kigali under framework contract. as indicated in the statement of requirements.
The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda
(www.umucyo.gov.rw ) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of five thousand (5,000 Rwf) Rwandan francs deposited to the account number of Rwanda Revenue Authority, opened at any commercial bank.
All bids will be submitted online using the e-Procurement system accompanied by a security bid Security issued by Bank or Insurance institutions as generated by e-Procurement system. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-Procurement system on the same day.
The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission
Deadline above mentioned.
All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the
E-procurement system before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
