Re: Invitation to Bid.

PRIME Insurance Ltd invites all specialized bidders to submit their bids for the supply of laptops and IT equipment with several specifications for various departments within our organization.

Participation is open to all specialized bidders who fulfil the requirements as per the bid document.

The bid document is only obtained upon submission of proof of bid purchase of a non-refundable fees equivalent to twenty thousand (20,000) Rwanda francs to the Prime Insurance Ltd account opened at EQUITY bank 4003200206408.

NB: The request for bid document shall be submitted on the following email ITCGeneral@prime.rw or requested at Prime Insurance Head Office, MIC Building KN2 AV. Nyarugenge.

All bids shall be submitted onsite not later than Friday May 16^th 2025 at 16:00 AM Kigali time. Late bids will not be accepted.
