Title Of The Tender: Provision of cleaning and gardening services at IOSH Headquarter
1. The Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialized Hospital (IOSH) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by the Ordinary Budget towards the cost of Provision of cleaning and gardening services at IOSH Headquarter for a period of one year.
2. The tender document can be obtained from the procurement office of Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Hospital starting from 25/05/2022 upon presentation of prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) deposited to the account No: 00094-0064-1922-39 of Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Hospital at the Bank of Kigali

4. Well printed bids written in French or English language, addressed to the Director of Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Hospital, P.O Box 105 Kigali, properly bound and presented in four copies of which, one is original and three copies, in sealed envelopes must be submitted to the office of the Procurement Officer of the hospital not later than 21/06/2022 at 10h00 a.m. local time, accompanied by a bid guarantee of three hundred thousand Rwandan francs 300,000 Rwf), issued by a reputable Bank or a recognized insurance company . Late bids will be rejected.
5. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.

7. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 21/06/2022 at 10h30 a.m. prompt local time at the Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Hospital’s conference-room
8. A compulsory site visit is scheduled on 09/06/2022 at 11h30-12h00 am at the location of Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialized Hospital Building.
9. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.
