Our Grow programme is aimed at graduates looking for their first employment role. The programme is perfect for driven, ambitious and curious candidates who are excited and looking for an accelerated development opportunity for a period of 18 months.
The Grow candidates go through an on-boarding process that allows them to understand our industry and gives them a clear picture of their duties and contribution in the company’s goals. The programme is structured with a specific development plan reviewed every 6 months. DP World Kigali is recruiting for 2 Grow candidates to join our HSSE & Engineering departments.
Our target Grow Candidates for the above should:
• Be best-in-class, ambitious graduates with leadership potential
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety / Civil Engineering
• Be able to leverage knowledge and coach their peers
• Be a team player and demonstrate high adaptability in multicultural organisation
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Be result-oriented, problem-solving and have an innovative mindset
