JOB DETAILS:
Ombudsman Office .
Job Responsibilities:
• To maintain the Secretariat of the Deputy Ombudsman;
• To prepare and arrange appointments of the Deputy Ombudsman;
• To manage Confidential Correspondences or files of the Deputy Ombudsman;
• To record and file documents of the Office of the Deputy Ombudsman;
• To take minutes of the meetings chaired by the Deputy Ombudsman;
• To manage the Diary of the Deputy Ombudsman;
• To manage and maintain equipments and materials put to disposal of the Deputy Ombudsman ;
• To record Complaints into Data base.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Key technical skills and knowledge required:
• Knowledge in Office management;
• Knowledge of customer care satisfaction;
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills;
• Office Management Skills;
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal Skills;
• Computer knowledge (Work Processing, Power Point and Internet);
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Time management skills;
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage.
Job Qualifications: A1 in Secretariat Studies, Office Management Or A0 in Secretariat Studies, Office Management, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Management, Sociology, Social Work, Law
