Job Responsibilities
- Assist and advise the Director General in administrative and work-related matters
- Analyze and synthesize contents of files for approval by the Director General
- Advise the Director General on all files received from Divisions
- Identify priority files for the Directorate General
- Ensure corrections are made to all files presented for signature
- Coordinate and manage operations of the Director General’s office
- Manage the appointment schedule of the Director General
- Serve as Secretary to Board of Directors and Senior Management meetings
- Take meeting minutes, prepare implementation plans, follow up decisions, and report status
- Cooperate with division managers on implementation of Management and Board decisions
- Ensure timely and confidential dissemination of meeting documents
- Communicate meeting decisions to staff and monitor their implementation
- Conduct quality control of funding-related documents (agreements, contracts, reports, etc.)
- Monitor and report on implementation status of SPIU staff tasks and activities
- Support the development of regular SPIU support reports
- Follow up work plans and resolve operational issues related to SPIU
- Consolidate and report on quarterly, monthly, and weekly operational plans
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Directors of LODA
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Law with 1 year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration with 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences with 3 years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Economics with 1 year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy with 3 years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Public Policy with 1 year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management with 3 years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Management with 1 year of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration with 1 year of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Public Administration with 1 year of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Administrative Sciences with 1 year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 3 years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Political Sciences with 1 year of relevant experience
