• The auction will be held in public using verbal bidding.
• The bidder is required to pay five thousand (RWF 5000) cash for registration and a non-refundable deposit of five million (RWF 5,000,000) is required to pay the winning bidder.
• The buyer is required to pay thirty percent, 30% of the winning price immediately, and the remaining 70% must be paid within five working days.
• Buyer is required to be ready for mutation within 7 days of payment in full to the Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe account that will be announced prior to the auction.
• Bid deposits are returned to successful bidders immediately after the auction ends.
