Assistant Lecturer in Quantity surveying
Level:4.III
Job description
• Demonstrate high level of class leadership and management (In all levels of IPRC)
• Teach/Train students in areas assigned by the institution.
• Conduct lecture planning, preparation, and research.
• Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of a high-quality curriculum.
• Engage in professional and personal development.
• Engage with broader scholarly and professional community outreach activities.
• Contribute to TVET research and innovation
• Conduct training of trainers.
• Participate in income-generating activities of the institution.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by her/his supervisors.
Courses to teach:
• Advanced Measurement of Building & Civil Engineering Works,
• Property Valuation & Construction Law,
• Perform measurement of simple elements,
• Cost estimation,
• Apply building services technology
Minimum Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
3 Years of relevant experience

• Having a TVET Trainer certificate is added value
