JOB DETAILS:
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY GIKONKO RICE MILL.
ICM Rwanda Agribusiness Ltd is an established agribusiness enterprise operating throughout Rwanda in rice production in a joint venture with rice cooperatives, milling at three locations Gikonko, Bugarama and Rwamagana, and retailing through Lucki Rice.

ICM wishes to recruit a diligent candidate for Gikonko Rice mill.
TITLE: Assistant Mill Manager
LOCATION: Gikonko Mill .

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• In charge of coordinating all milling operations in the absence of the mill manager.
• Ensure that the paddy receivables are complying with the quality requirements
• Ensure that the finished product meets the company’s quality standards.
• Oversee and lead all mill employees
• Checking the weights of paddy during the purchasing period
• Checking the weights during the packing of rice
• Complete relevant supporting documents
• Daily report to the Mill Manager.
Ensure the safety and hygiene of the mill and its employees
