Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Audit Service.

The African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is a Christian, interdenominational, and non-governmental organization dedicated to the mission of “Evangelizing Rwanda through Word and Deed in Partnership with the Church.” AEE-Rwanda envisions a nation where God is honored, and Rwandans live together in peace, harmony, and with their basic needs met. The organization is committed to fostering self-respect, confidence, and dignity throughout Rwanda.

AEE-Rwanda is currently seeking a qualified and experienced audit firm to provide audit services for KNH/BMZ co-funded projects.

Interested firms are invited to submit both technical and financial proposals (tax-inclusive) to the Procurement and Logistics Office at AEE-Rwanda. Proposals should be submitted in a well-bound and sealed envelope, in one copy, to the Procurement and Logistics Office located at AEE-Rwanda Head Office, Gishushu, KG 201 Street 46, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, by November 29, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time. Late submissions will not be considered. A public bid opening session will take place at AEE-Rwanda Head Office on the same day at 10:20 AM.

• Interested firms MUST be accredited by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR).
• The firm MUST not have engaged with African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE Rwanda) in the past three years prior to this assignment.

The technical proposal must include the following:

• A signed and stamped submission/cover letter
• Current, detailed CVs of the audit team
• Administrative documents, including the RDB Certificate, EBM User Certificate (or proof of EBM usage), Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Certificate
• Recent certificates of successful completion from at least three audited organizations

AEE-Rwanda reserves the right to conduct due diligence on the contents of the submissions from prospective bidders. Bid evaluation will be conducted in accordance with AEE-Rwanda’s Procurement Policy.
