BACKGROUND:
BPR Bank Rwanda PLC intends to publicly auction some of its Real Estate Properties located in different areas of the Country to interested individuals or Firms. The Properties to be auctioned include Commercial Houses and Residential Houses.
The Bank offers equal opportunity to bid, in this regard therefore, all interested and capable Buyers are encouraged to submit their best offers. For more information on this process, please refer to the attached Terms and Conditions.

Submission Procedure
Interested bidders can submit their offers in well-sealed envelopes to BPR Bank Rwanda PLC Headquarters not later than Thursday, 30 June 2022 at 10:15 AM, addressed to the Head of Procurement. The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 10:30 AM local time at BPR Bank Rwanda PLC New Head Office Building, Floor 9. Please note that late Bids will not be accepted.

Bidding Documents can be obtained from BPR Bank Rwanda PLC Headquarters during working hours starting 16th June 2022, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
