Position overview

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement branding strategies to increase brand value and brand awareness
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels
• Content creation.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with product development and customer service team to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI.
• Engaging and maintaining customer relations.

Qualifications:
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or sales.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong in networking and partnerships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
