JOB DETAILS:
The Shyira Hospital invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified companies to provide cleaning services for one year. .

Bid Documents in English may be obtained from the e-Procurement system for Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of eleven thousand seven hundred Rwandan francs (11,700 frw) on the account of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) opened at different commercial banks.

A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on Tuesday 07th October 2020 from 10:00 local to 11:00 local time

All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before 23/10/2020 at 16: 00 local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 16:30 local time.

Any prospective bidder may ask the procuring entity to provide explanations as to the content of the tender document within three sixths (3/6) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% accordingly with the e-procurement instruction. The language of bids is French or English and its validity must be 120 days from the date of opening; Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law governing Public Procurement.
