This survey serves as a platform for East Africa's employees to express their thoughts and concerns regarding their current work environment. It aims to capture their present experiences and their aspirations for a more fulfilling workplace. For employers, the survey results offer valuable insights that support organisations to prioritise and focus on key areas when considering future initiatives related to workplace culture.

INSTRUCTIONS
