TENDER NOTICE

 RE-ADVERTIZED : HIRING THE CONSULTANCY FIRM TO DEVELOP PRO-FEMMES /TWESE HAMWE’s MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS)

Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe (PFTH) is an Umbrella of Rwandan Civil Society Organizations aiming at advancement of women status, peace and development. It was established in October 1992, and currently represents 53 member organizations within the country.  The mission of Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe is to eradicate all forms of discrimination towards women, to promote their socio-economic political and legal status, and to enhance the institutional and organizational capacities of its member organizations through the promotion of sustainable human development approach based on gender equality and a culture of peace, justice and human rights.        

Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe is lacking user friendly and web-based Management Information System (MIS) that can accommodate data from its member organizations as well as potential projects data to facilitate monitoring, evaluation and learning.

 It is in this line, Pro-Femmes /Twese is seeking to hire a consultancy firm to develop a simplified user-friendly and web-based Management Information System for Collecting Data, analyzing Data, Information Storage, Information Retrieval and Information propagation from its member organizations, networks and secretariat’s projects implementation to improve umbrella’s operations.
