INVITATION TO TENDER

The Protestant Institute of Arts and Social Sciences (PIASS) would like to invite competent consulting firms and individuals to submit their technical and financial proposal to conduct a baseline study for “Resilience of Educational Institutions through Digitalization-A Reaction to COVID-19 (ReDiCo) project. The project is being implemented in the great lakes region (Rwanda and the two provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo) North Kivu and South Kivu) in order to contribute to the promotion of the digitalization of education.

The consulting firm/individual should meet the following criteria :

• Have an in-depth knowledge of the Rwandan and Congolese context, in particular the educational context in the countries of the African Sub-region of the Great Lakes.
• Have a university degree in educational sciences or related fields
• Fluency in French and English
• Have interpersonal skills like dialogue
• Have analytical and writing skills, and a spirit of synthesis.
• Have in-depth professional experience in the field of education and particularly the digitalization of education,
• Have proven experience in project monitoring and evaluation and in conducting baseline studies, particularly in the field of digital education
