JOB DETAILS:
TransUnion is a leading global risk and information solutions company operating in more than 30 countries.
TransUnion Rwanda is looking for a self-motivated individual to lead business development and operations in Rwanda.
The role involves strategic management of country operations to drive expansion of TransUnion services to existing and new markets. Critical will be providing active leadership in terms of development and execution of country strategy and leading the in-country team.
A passion for data, solutions, and creating value for clients is a key characteristic of this role, while an entrepreneurial nature, working with emerging industries (such as telco and fintech) and creating multi-dimensional relationships with government, will be important to deliver on strategic objectives.

Experience and qualification requirements include:

• 7+ years’ experience in financial services or technology industry, as well as a proven risk, strategy, marketing, and people management experience
• A good technical understanding of the role of data and analytics in the risk management space
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related management field
• Strong background in sales, business/market development, and marketing
• Proven track record of successful P&L ownership and growth.
