JOB DETAILS:

Ntare Louisenlund School ise looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Design & Photography Officer to join our PR & Marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with at least 2 years of experience in photography, video production, and graphic design.This position will report to the Director of Admissions, Public Relations and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Video Content

• Capture professional-grade photos for events, campaigns, and PR activities.
• Plan and execute photoshoots, including lighting, styling, and composition.
• Edit and retouch images to meet brand and marketing standards.

Graphic Design

• Create digital and print materials for PR campaigns, social media, and marketing projects.
• Develop visuals for brochures, newsletters, press kits, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.

PR & Social Media Support

• Design and deliver engaging visuals for public-facing PR and social media campaigns.
• Assist in creating content for media kits, press releases, and live event coverage.
• Provide quick-turnaround photography and video content for online and press use.
• Ensure consistent visual storytelling across all PR & Marketing communications.

Collaboration & Creative Support

• Work closely with the PR & Marketing department to deliver cohesive brand campaigns.
• Support the Admissions, PR & Marketing Director and senior creatives on day-to-day projects.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions for campaigns and events.

Your Profile:

• Education:

• • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent experience.

• Technical Skills (Required):

• • Proven photography skills, including shooting and professional editing.

• • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro/After Effects).

• • Strong experience in video creation and editing.

• • Solid graphic design expertise for both digital and print materials.

• Soft Skills:

• • Creative vision and a strong eye for composition and detail.

• • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• • Proactive mindset and eagerness to grow within a dynamic PR & Marketing department.

•  High level of integrity and attention to detail.

• A portfolio showcasing photography, video, and design work is mandatory.
