JOB DETAILS:

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate MIS delivery for all entities monthly.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all key business support reports e.g. budgets, KPI’s.
  
• Ensure deadlines are met for all statutory payments and filings.
  
• Implement standardized systems and processes across all entities to drive efficiency
  
• Liaise with external auditors for respective entities.
  
• Streamline cash less operations across all entities.
  
• Ensure end to end external compliance across all entities.
  
• Ensure end to end compliance with internal accounting policies and processes.
  
• Working capital optimization through proper funds planning for all entities.
  
• Monthly review of all risk exposures for all entities.
  
• Quarterly financial reporting for all entities in a timely and accurate manner.
  
• Monitor and report financial performance of various third-party projects.
  
• Maintain external relations for all entities- Bankers, revenue authorities, suppliers.
  

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Professional qualification- Qualified Member ACCA/CPA/CIMA
Academic qualification- Any Finance/Accounting Major. MBA an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• SAP experience required.
  
• Strong Interpersonal skills and proficient knowledge of French and English required.
  
• Agribusiness experience in the coffee sector & Management experience a big advantage.
  
• Strong ownership to deliver.
  

Additional Notes
Job scope relates to 3 entities in 3 countries- Rwanda, Burundi and DRC
This position reports to the Finance Manager East Africa Coffee, and all country Finance teams in Rwanda, Burundi and DRC will report into this position.
