TENDER TITLE: DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT FOR THE TOURISM HOUSE
TENDER REFERENCE: RCOT/01-2025/TD

The Rwanda Chamber of Tourism (RCOT) invites qualified consultancy firms to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive project for the Rwanda tourism House. The project aims to establish a strategic infrastructure that will enhance the visibility and competitiveness of Rwanda’s tourism industry both locally and internationally.

Participation Requirements

Interested bidders must fulfill the following conditions:

1. Be a legally registered consultancy firm with proven experience
2. Demonstrate expertise in feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, and tourism investment planning.
3. Have a multidisciplinary team with expertise in architecture, finance, marketing, and tourism development.

Tender Document Acquisition

The tender document, which includes detailed Terms of Reference (ToR), can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 30,000 RWF to the following account:

After payment, bidders should present proof of payment to the Chamber of Tourism offices or via email at procurement@rwandatourismchamber.org  to receive the tender document.

Submission Deadline

Completed proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Chamber of Tourism Office or via email at procurement@rwandatourismchamber.org  no later than 20 May 2025 at 5 pm.

RCOT reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without obligation to provide reasons for its decision.
