JOB DETAILS:
- Coordinate, supervise and ensure the effective implementation of all activities of the Unit;
- Establish strategic and operational plans & programs and ensure the smooth running of the Unit;
- Evaluate, at the first level, the performance of staff under his/her direct supervision;
- Evaluate, at the last level, the performance of staff under his/her supervision;
- To make recommendations for the improvement of the activities of the Unit ;
- Undertake other responsibilities determined by hierarchical supervisors.
