JOB DETAILS:
Managerial/ Administrative/Clinical Roles & Responsibilities
1. Administer the Isange one stop Center Program in accordance with the overall hospital Goals;
2. Ensure higher quality compassionate service delivery to clients seeking support including health services, legal assistance, and psychological Support.
3. Develop and implement programs aimed at supporting survivors of Gender based violence and other vulnerable Populations.
4. Track program performance and client outcomes and regularly assess the effectiveness of services Provided.
5. Oversee the budget of the center ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
