EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ADC VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND REPARATION

Background

Africa Development Consultant Limited (ADC) is a consultancy firm registered by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB). ADC’s Mission is to offer comprehensive business development services that focus on the needs of enterprises. ADC’s Core Values: Professionalism, Partnership, Integrity, Result Driven, and Value Adding. ADC office is located at Remera (Kisementi), KN5, Tedeum building.

ADC is inviting good garages with experience to express interest for provision of maintenance and reparation services of ADC vehicles for a period of at least one year. It is in this regard we request your firm/garage to bid for the services listed below;

Motor vehicle Service A

Motor vehicle Service B

Motor vehicle Service C and

Motor vehicle reparation on a need basis and spare parts (see attached list of services)

Competencies.

It is the responsibility of ADC as an organization to ensure the quality of our vehicles and therefore we request you to present your firm’s background, experience, and any other value additions. The professional experience should not be below three years.

Other required documents include;

1. Registration certificate/RDB
2. VAT registered and ability to provide electronic invoice/EBM
3.  List of other organizations you have previously worked with

You are, therefore, invited to submit your letter of quotation on services A, B, and C and express your interest in repairing cars on a need basis.

Submission

Tender documents can be submitted by email to  info@adcrwanda.org The bidding document should be written in English or Kinyarwanda and shall be addressed to the Managing Director, ADC.

Submission deadline is May 17, 2024, at 17:00 hrs.
