REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVIDING EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES TO RWANDA YOUTH IN AGRIBUSINESS FORUM (RYAF)

Rwanda Youth in Agribusiness Forum (RYAF)is private non-profit nationwide platform of youth involved in Agriculture-related businesses, established and recognized Officially through the official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda No. 50 of 11/12/2017. RYAF has a mission to empower, promote, mobilize, advocate and inform young individuals and youth organizations to fully contribute to agriculture transformation through improved agribusiness, job creation, stable food market and inclusive food system. RYAF is running different programs for the benefited of its members and Rwandan farmers through the collaboration with different patterns and currently RYAF is hosted by the ministry of Agriculture and Animal resource development, Kacyiru, MINAGRI CICA Building.

RYAF is seeking for qualified firm for the provision auditing services on general functioning of RYAF including but not limited to RYAF General governance and administration, RYAF Financial management, RYAF procurement management, RYAF human resource management, technical achievement for the fiscal year 2022-2023. 

RYAF would like to requested all interested companies or firms certified to provide auditing services to submit their expression interest not later 1 November 2023 via: ryafprocurement@gmail.com with copy to inforyaf@gmail.com .The subject of email during submission should be: Expression of interest for the provision of external audit to RYAF.

The expression of interest should include and will be evaluated based on criteria below:

1. RDB Certificate of registration
2. Valid tax clearance from RRA
3. CVs of key personnel and contact information
4. Company profile together with a list of staff having experience in auditing services
5. Evidence of at least three served institutions on similar service (Audit)
6. Proof of being accredited by ICPAR for the provision of Audit services in 2023
7. The documents must be submitted in PDF formats. 

The results of shortlisting will be published via RYAF Website: www.ryaf.rw and communicated to the same email used in submitting the expression of interest. 

The prequalified firms will be provided with additional information on RYAF and invited for bidding on the assignment.
