EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Donor: The Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (Belgium) 

Supply Contract #1: EQUIPMENT FOR FOOD PROCESSING

APEFE Rwanda intends to pre-qualify suppliers that are able to provide equipment for contract #1 that have proven prior experience in providing the required equipment, and that want to participate in the next phase of the call for tenders. 

Expressions of interest must include:

• a letter of expression of interest
• a description of the company and its experience as an equipment supplier
• a list of previous contracts executed as well as certificates for good completion
• the coordinates of the persons responsible (name, title, telephone and email) 

Expressions of interest are to be sent by mail to bureau.kigali@apefe.org, with reference “EI- Equipment” 

Deadline of submission: 26 January 2024, 5 pm
