Huming International Factory Co.Ltd is a medium-sized production factory specializing in the manufacturing of PVC ceiling panels, PVC pipes, and UV Boards. The company serves both foreign trade and local markets.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall accounting of the company including cost and profit calculations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, conduct financial analysis, and reconcile accounts.
- Handle customs declarations, ensure compliance with import/export financial documentation, and coordinate tax filings.
- Support audits by providing accurate financial documentation.
- Maintain financial databases, ledgers, and filing systems.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expenditure tracking.
- Support internal financial control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
Experience needed:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling large-scale tax filings.
