JOB DETAILS:

Background:

Feminist Action Development Ambition (FADA) is a feminist, community-led organization based in Rwanda, dedicated to advancing the rights, health, and wellbeing of marginalized women.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Manage grant and donor financial management.
• Provide people management and capacity building.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience.
• CPA/ACCA certification required.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years at a senior management level.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
