MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT

Project RW648 EAR Paruwase ya Mbyo operating in the BUGESERA district, Mayange sector of Mbyo, supported by Compassion International in Rwanda, is pleased to inform individuals, companies, or cooperatives that wish to tender as follows: 

1. Goat bedding market 103 for children project RW0648MBYO 

Applicants must bring the following

• A letter to the pastor of the EAR Parish of Mbyo asking for a tender
• Photocopy of business document issued by RDB
• A photocopy of the RRA document proving that they are VAT taxpayers
• A tax-exempt status of no more than 3 months
• Proforma pricing for bids
• Being a proof of EBM invoice
• Photocopy of ID 
• Bringing samples to use (showing the number of animals he will produce of the goat breed)
• The fact that he shows where he did the work is mandatory.
• The last 3 months' history is in the names of the bid documents.
• Payment of ten thousand (10,000frw) non-refundable to the account NO 00040-00280484-90 of EAR D/K PROJECT RW648 MBYO, in the Bank of Kigali (bk) to purchase the tender brochure. 
• Once you have paid, send the invoice to Email: rw648projectdirector@gmail.com    and make a copy to the following Emails:

• revstepheng@gmail.com
• ATTENTION: These documents must be a valid document and any contractor who will win the bid must hurry to put a notary's signature on the documents that won the bid and be ready to comply with the instructions for providing the animals in the DAO of the bid.

Qualified bidders are requested to do so through the above email address, but they must do so on the day of the auction within one hour of opening the mails and bring copies sealed in envelopes to the project office on the day of the auction. Letters will be opened to the public  on 06/12/2023 at 14:00 in the morning. For more information you can write to the Emails given in this announcement which were mentioned above.
