Hiring A Local Individual Consultant To Produce A Documentary FILM (Re-advertised)
In collaboration with the Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion (MIGEPROF) and with financial support from UNWOMEN, RALGA is implementing the third edition of the professional internships in Local Government for female fresh university graduates, which started in August 2022.
In that context, RALGA wishes to produce a documentary film to serve as a record of what has been done and achieved, its impact and lessons learned. The purpose is to inspire and to mobilize female graduates and to raise their interest to serve in local governments and to participate in decision-making positions in their communities and administrative entities.
In view of the above, RALGA is looking for a local individual consultant to produce a 15-minute documentary film covering the said activity as per the terms of reference.
