NOTICE

The management of the Huye Travel Cooperative informs all competent and competent people that it needs an independent auditor (external auditor) who will check the property report of the Huye Travel Cooperative from 2019 to 2023 and calculate the share of its members from 2011 to 2023.

THE APPLICANT IS REQUIRED TO FULFILL THE FOLLOWING

1. Letter of request for tender addressed to the director of the Cooperative accompanied by a document showing the prices (invoice proforma)
2. Showing three local certifications that have done similar work to the tender
3. The fact that he appears on the list of ICPAR or BNR and shows a certificate allowing him to perform the tasks assigned to him by one of these institutions;
4. Provide a tax clearance certificate (RRA)
5. He is ready to start work in early 2024
6. Comply with the terms of reference
7. Bid files (will be received on working days from 09:00 to 17:00) will be received at the Secretariat of the Cooperative from 21/12/2023 to 05/01/2024 at noon (12:00)  the letters containing the prices will be opened to the public on that day at sasaba (13h00)
