Mount Kigali University invites applicants for the following academic and non-academic roles to join our diverse team in the following fields. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for ICT-related queries from students and staff.
- Provide timely support for LMS, email services, student information systems, and classroom technology.
- Maintain ICT equipment and support users in account setup and password management.
- Assist in system upgrades and ensure ICT security.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of English, French, and Kinyarwanda is highly recommended.
- Proven experience in customer support and ICT systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
