JOB DETAILS:
The Development Bank of Rwanda is Rwanda’s only National Development Bank mandated to support Rwanda’s development goals. Over the last years, the bank has undergone substantial re-organization aimed at positioning it as an “innovative and sustainable provider of development finance for socio-economic impact”. .

Main Responsibilities of the Job
• Monitor the changes in regulations, technology, security standards and its impact on operations and recommend the new or better ones as required.
• Continuously research on the emerging products and enhancements. Accordingly, execute special projects for remodeling and upgrade
• Analyze existing systems and redefining them to take into account changes in system requirements or equipment configurations.
• Identifies opportunities for service delivery improvements, analyse and evaluates techniques for the implementation of new computer applications, hardware, and peripheral equipment
