Services providers are required to submit the following documents with their offers:

1. Name of company, phone number, physical and email addresses, name of owner or authorized person
2. RDB Registration Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Valid tax clearance certificate
5. RSSB clearance certificate
6. Most updated CIT declaration (2020) and proof of EBM use
7. Company profile
8. References from former or current clients for the past 2 years

Service providers must, in their acceptance letter disclose that he is affected by no potential conflict of interest and has no particular relation with other bidders or parties involved in this bid without prior approval from RTP Rwanda. Should such relations arise, the service provider must immediately inform RTP Rwanda in the offer. Right to Play reserves the right to choose/select multiple suppliers depending on location.

Financial proposal

• Price offered must be exclusive of VAT and other taxes and customs.
• Quotations must have a validity of 90 days from submission of offers.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing one original copy and two copies with all above documents, marked: “TENDER RTP-05-CO-001 FOR VEHICLE FOR RIGHT TO PLAY RWANDA” to RTP Kigali office KN 16 No 17 Kiyovu, Nyarugenge. Emails are not permitted

1. Offers must be written in English – other languages will not be accepted and will be subject to rejection.
2. Any incomplete offer will be subject to immediate rejection
3. Offers must have a validity of 90 days.
