INVITATION TO TENDER No: 04/AN/AM/COO/ADMIN/2023

BK Insurance Ltd is advertising the Tender for conducting a customer satisfaction survey.

Interested consultants are invited to participate in this open tender after submitting the bid security of 3% of the financial offer.

The proposals for conducting a customer satisfaction survey should indicate two components; 1. Technical Proposal and

2. Financial proposal.

Tender Documents containing Terms of Reference are available from BK Insurance Head Office, any working day from 09:00AM to 5:00Pm.

Proposals written in English should reach BK Insurance from 08th - 21st November 2023 at 3h00 with proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 20,000 deposited on account no 00040- 00692482-32 of BK General Insurance Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali.

The Company preselected may be called to present or defend its models and procedure to Management of BK General Insurance before a decision to award the Tender is reached.

Bids shall be opened on 21st /11/2023 at 3:30Pm. The Successful bidder shall be communicated in writing after the process of assessment and evaluation is completed.

The winning Company must be ready to start the work and produce a draft and a final report in 30 Calendar Days counted from the date of notification of tender.

Conditions for bidding:

- Valid RSSB Certificate

Valid RRA Certificate

- Trade license

- Performance Certificate to prove similar services done before.
