The private sector federation invites bidders to submit their proposals on the below tenders;
1. To design and print
Tender documents may be obtained on any working days from 04 October 2021 in the PSF procurement office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10,000) to account no 20027934002 in I&M Bank. or you send the proof for payment on procurement@psf.org.rw or procurementpsf1@gmail.com
Proposals (both Technical and Financial) should be submitted electronically on procurement@psf.org.rw or procurementpsf1@gmail.com not later than 22nd November 2021. Late bids will be rejected.
