JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• Responsible for the design of MEP system for construction projects, including but not limited to water supply and drainage, electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Work with the project team to ensure that the design plan meets customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review design drawings, technical specifications and construction documents.
• Participate in project bidding and budget preparation.
• Communicate with the construction team to solve technical problems during the construction process.
• Follow the latest technology and materials in the industry and continuously optimize the design plan.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, water supply and drainage engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of MEP design experience.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit or other design software.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Able to work independently while maintaining organization and priority management in a fast-paced environment.
• Those with relevant professional certificates are preferred.
