Job Supervises: Sales agents
Location: Rwanda, Kigali
Main Purpose of the job

• Ensures consistent, growth in sales through positive planning and deployment
• Manages a team of 5 MSP Team efficiently to ensure sales of the company’s products and services
• Implement business plans and action to achieve short- and long-term sales targets as well as earnings.
• Propose most realistic sales goals for the company.
• Account and report for the team on a weakly basis.
• Manage customer base to maximize sales revenues and meet required objectives.
• Conduct competitive business intelligence
• Prepare weekly or daily reports as required by the Marketing Manager.
  Responsibilities
• Prepare sales Reports
• Participate in strategic mapping for potential customers and draft visits plans for approval by the management
• Visit businesses to inquire about existing business and any opportunities
• Build relationships with clients.
• Understand the needs of each client and propose how the company can serve them efficiently.
• Focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients thorough the team of 5 (Five).
• Handle incoming inquiries as to goods.
• Book sales appointments and elaborate delivery plan for the team.
• Walk door-to-door and solicit business.
  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  Successful candidate should have:
• Background in Marketing/sales and related field with at least advanced certificate of secondary education
• A minimum of two year experience in similar position in Fast moving and consumable goods is an added advantage.
• Computer literate and excellent in Excel
• Analytical ability
• Fluent in English
• Ability to understand the market and buyer requirements
• Planning and organizing ability
• Business acumen
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
