JOB DETAILS:
As part of our capacity enhancement programme, we seek to recruit young Rwandan graduates to join our Management Trainee Programme.
Applicants are required to have the following qualifications and attributes.
• Must hold a First class or Second-class upper honors degree from a recognized University in the fields below;
• Information Technology
• Accounting
• Human Resources
• Business Management/Administration
• Procurement and supply chain management Economics
• Agri Business Management
• Data Analytics/Science
• Finance
• Marketing Law

• Be a Rwandan citizen aged 25 years and below.
• Have no criminal record.
• Should be self-driven with ambitious goals to purse a Banking career.
• Ability to communicate confidently in Kinyarwanda and English,
• French will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work with diverse teams
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point)
• Should be a quick learner and result oriented
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Agrees to be bonded in line with the Bank policy
