Kabuye Sugar Ltd, belongs to Madhvani Group in East Africa is a leading sugar manufacturer in Rwanda, and seeks to recruit the following position for its sugar plant situated in Kabuye, KigaliRwanda. The sugar factory is on an expansion from 600 TCD with Co-generation.

Manager Process Chief Chemist: Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is to head the sugar factory Process department and be responsible for establishing targets for the factory operations, sugar output, maintain and improve the process efficiency parameters, co-ordination with Engineering Quality Control department / RSB, improve productivity, budget both revenue and capital expenditure and monitor, maintain discipline and to train local staff supervisors. The additional challenge is to maintain production levels during the project expansion construction period for the quality and quantity
The candidate should be a graduate in Chemistry with additional qualification in sugar technology/ A.V.S.I and have a minimum of 15 years' in sugar experience, out of which at least 3 years as Deputy Manager in a sugar factory.
