• A Bachelor or Master degree in SMEs/cooperative management, Finance management, accounting, economics, business administration, project management, and similar options, …
• At least 5 years’ professional experience in SMEs /Cooperatives and business management. Having experience in carpentry/joinery is an advantage.
• Hardworking, patient, enthusiastic, and flexible.
• Excellent Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Being acquainted with computer skills (in word and excel, powerpoint…)
• Clear and strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda skills; speaking and writing (French is an advantage)
• Able to work well under pressure.
