High Level Focus
- Lead operations and company strategy
- Grow the brand’s reputation and reach
- Balance priorities between conservation and hospitality
- Develop short- to mid-term strategies to meet goals
- Ensure efficient, effective daily operations
- Oversee forecasting and key business relationships
Requirements
- 10 – 15 years’ experience in hospitality safari operations, primarily in the private sector, with 10 years in a senior operational leadership role.
Skills:
- The ability to act as a bridge builder in a time of conflict, acting in the manner of humility, maturity, and situational sensitivity
- Personal leadership skills, self-awareness and taking responsibility for personal development
- Diversity management, ability to embrace divergent points of view and socio-cultural differences
- Analytical, numerical and listening skills.

- A passion for wildlife and a commitment to sustainability and conservation.
