TENDER TITLE: Mental health awareness consultancy services

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from local qualified bidders to tender the Mental health awareness consultancy services as per the Terms of Reference that will be shared with interested bidders.

The Terms of Reference for the above-mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from 24^th June, 2025. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted online not later than 07^th July, 2025 at 3:30pm local time on ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals and payment terms in Rwandan Francs, provide the implementation period, proof of experience in similar assignments, detailed company profile, CVs of the team dedicated to the assignment and company registration certificate, valid tax clearance certificate, RSSB Clearance certificate and any other required information mentioned in the ToRs.
