JOB DETAILS:
ICM Rwanda Agribusiness Ltd is an established agribusiness enterprise operating throughout Rwanda in rice production in joint ventures with rice cooperatives, milling at three locations Gikonko, Bugarama, and Rwamagana and retailing through Lucki Rice.
ICM wishes to recruit qualified and diligent professional candidates for the Rwamagana Rice mill. .

Job Responsibilities
• Perform equipment setup, operation, and adjustments.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to meet all standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct tests on equipment for safety and productivity.
• Maintain factory equipment and assembly processes to the highest standard.
• Monitor and check product quality and document results.

Job Qualifications
• The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in mechanical studies and have had at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of rice mill machinery is essential. Other attributes will be, attention to detail, critical thinking, interest in technology and dependability.
• Candidates that possess the necessary personal skills, experience and attributes in this agribusiness sector will work with the group engineering manager to help manage and maintain the company’s assets
