Responsibilities
• Will be responsible for the Monitoring and Evaluation of the projects implemented under SPIU, and provide guidance in terms of Monitoring and Evaluation;
• Will support the Technical Committee, and with the support of the One UN Monitoring and Evaluation Task Force, develop an M&E Plan to accompany the program Action Plans. Coordinate and document the assistance provided to vulnerable returnee households through the Joint Program;
• Preparation of necessary M&E forms and format to capture necessary data and information from the field;
• Design the required database for data Entry & keep track of filing documents
• Being responsible to collect, compile, check, sort and analyze qualitative and quantitative data on ongoing field activities according to the reporting guidelines at provincial level;
• Working closely with Program Managers; assess performance of the Reporting and M&E Systems;
• Development of appropriate and sufficient monitoring and reporting tools for the program.

Key Skills
• Knowledge of results based management, logical framework approach, strategic planning processes and tools;
• Knowledge of drafting Action Plans and Operational Plans;
• Policy and analysis and draft proposals;
• Knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation concepts, systems and tools;
• Leadership Skills;

Experience
• Masters Degree in Management, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, Business Administration or A0 in Management, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management with 3 years of working Experience in Planning or M&E.
