Summary Of Key Responsibilities
• Bake pastry items according to pre-established recipes.
• Decorate pastries in a consistent style.
• Follow plating and display standards.
• Follow portion standards.
• Maintain inventory of prepped ingredients.
• Properly label and store ingredients
• In-depth information about hygiene principles.
• Excessive consideration to detail and creativity.

Requirements
• Good communication skills.
• Diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry-making, Baking or relevant field with 4 years’ experience as Pastry Cook or a Baker.
