Job Responsibilities
• To ensure that pedagogical training are provided and pedagogical ethics are observed among all trainers in technical secondary schools and vocation training centers within the region,
• To ensure the follow up and evaluation of curriculum, teaching methods and text books,
• To participate in Designing, developing, testing, monitoring, evaluate and review teachers’ guides, students’ manuals and other pedagogic aids for Technical Education training.
• Train the trainers in pedagogy applied to their technical field of training
• Follow up the activities of the Pedagogical Committees
• To participate in designing, developing, testing, monitor, evaluate and review CBT curricula for both specific ordinary and short courses,

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Agriculture, Hospitality & Recreational Arts with a PGD in Education, Education Arts and Humanities, Educational Sciences, Computer Science, Business
• Administration, Education, Economics
• Specialist knowledge and competency supported by relevant qualification:
• Relevant skills in training using Participatory & Active teaching methods.
• Ped agogical skills and knowledge
• Strong knowledge in TVET system.
• Additional training in CBT training
• Reporting skills
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French
