Direct Aid is a charity International non-governmental organization concerned with developing education, health, poverty reduction, and relief programs in Africa. Founded in Kuwait in 1981 and operating in thirty African countries, is operating in the Republic of Rwanda since 1990.

DirectAid Rwanda Office invites interested and qualified bidders to submit bids for printing booklets, in accordance to, Instruction to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder:

1. The supplier should provide business license, VAT registration document and recent tax clearance certificate.
2. DirectAid will provides a sample that will help the potential printing company as a basis when printing
3. The book will be colored and directly based on the given sample, for receiving the sample you can contact the person in charge on 0788223654

Bidders are required to submit their bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Bid for printing booklets" to the following address:

Deadline for Bid Submission: 16^th, May, 2024 at 11:00 am

Bid opening will take place the same day on 16^th, May, 2024 at 14:00 pm at the mentioned above address.
